We will announce them as the cities/communities are known and verified. We will stop the spray as we all join together with one loud voice that cannot be ignored by the State government.

As I have heard it said by Steve Lyle of the CDFA, "they have the authority". Maybe so, for now, but WE HAVE THE POWER.
